The Pour

Cabernet Sauvignon from own-rooted vines on Elephant Mountain. The 2024 is our first vintage, released in 2026.

Nº 01

The vintage

Our first vintage is a small one. Own-rooted vines on the high, south-facing slope of Elephant Mountain, picked by hand and made without shortcuts.

At the table

Open it young with a long decant, or lay it down: it will keep 15 to 25 years. Serve it with lamb off the fire, or anything from the grill.

Elephant Mountain Vineyard occupies that rare communion of places where the earth speaks its own dialect.
