What family means
I’ve spent twenty years in the dirt with this crew. They’re not staff. They’re family, not by blood, but by sweat and trust. That bond doesn’t come from talk. It comes from doing the work, season after season.
The art of the cut
Javi Valencia, the only certified Simonit & Sirch master pruner in Washington, treats every vine as a living piece of art. For a vine to give benchmark fruit, it has to be allowed to heal after every cut.
The same hands
Our people have cared for the same vines on this land for over twenty years. The one thing in high-quality wine is retained labor.
Who farms it
Emilio48 years farming the Yakima Valley: vineyards, orchards and livestock. He leads the crew.
